The Renovate Program is an initiative by Zagros Capital with focus on recycling and asset appreciation of the fund´s real estate assets. It is structured around three pillars: Recycling, Asset Appreciation and Perpetuity.
The program´s objective is to promote physical, operational and technical improvements in the properties, reinforcing portfolio quality and long-term value generation throughout the real estate cycle.
The Renovate Program action plan involves scheduled and rigorous interventions, including retrofits, modernizations, and improvements aimed at aligning assets with current and future operational needs. These improvements contribute to increase attractiveness of the properties, prolonging their operational lifespan and mitigating structural and functional risks, always aligned with efficient capital management and with feedback from the implicit return on investments made.
As part of the program, the Renovate Seal was created to identify and standardize assets that undergo modernization and recycling. The seal will be seen in communication channels made by the Fund´s management, such as Management Reports, websites and institutional materials, allowing shareholders to understand the unique strategy behind each and every asset in the portfolio.
With this, the Renovate Program reinforces Zagros Capital´s commitment to an active, disciplined and value-added approach. Consolidating improvement initiatives continues to be a part of GGRC´s management strategy.
