DESCRIPTION OF THE Project

Systems and Utilities: Completion of the plumbing, sanitary, and water systems, as well as the interconnection of the fire protection system between the new and existing warehouse.

External Infrastructure: Completion of the septic tanks and construction of the first concrete turning radius.

Civil Works and Structure: Construction of the masonry walls for the restrooms (ground floor and mezzanine), installation of frames/windows, and execution of the industrial laser-leveled concrete slab flooring (with only the tie-in remaining).

Interior Finishes: Interior painting of the warehouse, installation of ceramic wall tiles in the restrooms, and installation of signage and identification plates (in progress).

Access Structures: Assembly of the emergency staircases and the staircase providing access to the mezzanine (in progress).

Flooring and Paving: Installation of polished industrial concrete flooring on the mezzanine, external asphalt paving using hot-mix asphalt (HMA), and construction of the second concrete turning radius (in progress).
