DESCRIPTION OF THE Project

Interior Areas (Modules and Restrooms): Work fronts concentrated in Modules 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, including epoxy grouting of polished concrete floor joints, interior painting, final touch-ups, and general cleaning for completion of the spaces.

Restrooms (Ground Floor and Mezzanine): Finishing work in its final phase, comprising installation of corner guards, final adjustments, and door installations.

External Infrastructure: Completion of asphalt paving (CBUQ), concrete paving, and installation of fencing, including curb setting.

Electrical Systems and Utilities: Progress on activities at the Main Switchboard Room (QGBT) and Generator Room, including high-voltage wiring runs and interconnection to the newly installed utility pole.

Commissioning and Completion: Execution of final construction adjustments and preparation of areas for the conclusion of all work fronts and final operational handover.
